In light of the continuing poor trading conditions for the UK economy and the anticipated ongoing issues within the economy for this year-2009- Peter Charles Solutions have responded to client requests by forming an Exit Management/Outplacement team.

The team has been formed from within our network of 100 plus associates, many of whom have trained in Exit management/ Outplacement with several industry leaders. They have rewritten, updated and transfered that learning over the past two months, across the country, to enable Peter Charles Solutions to provide this new service to clients.

Within our enlarged team we have selected and trained 20 people who can now work nationwide within 24 hours, to HELP, GUIDE and ASSIST with exit management. We understand and appreciate the huge pressures on employers and employees when this type of change occurs. We have spent two months training our enlarged Exit Management team in the latest legal, financial and emotional skills, so that we can handle your exit management statergy in line with current best practice and support your employees, both within the business and those leaving the business.
